Regulatory Disclosure Statement
GloHealth is a Health Insurance Provider and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as health insurance intermediary under the European Communities (Insurance Mediation) Regulations, 2005. A copy of our Authorisation is available on request. You may verify our authorisation by contacting the Central Bank of Ireland on 1890 777777.
GloHealth Insurance Limited is entered on the Register of Health Benefit Undertakings which is maintained by the Health Insurance Authority.
Conflicts of Interest
GloHealth complies with a policy of independence and to disregard any conflict of interest that may arise when making recommendations to you. In the event of a conflict of interest we will notify you accordingly. If you have not been notified of any such conflict you may assume that none arises. Failure to Pay or Payment Default.
GloHealth reserves the right to commence cancellation proceedings in respect of your health insurance policy in the event of the following:
Non-Payment (in accordance with your agreed payment method) of your health insurance premium due at inception or any instalment due on your premium or on:
- Your bank returns your cheque due to insufficient funds or any other reason.
- Non-disclosure of relevant material facts.
- We may exercise the right to cancel your policy in certain circumstances. These conditions are clearly outlined on all policy documents.
How To Make a Complaint
