How To Make A Claim

How do I submit my claims?

Claims can be made on a monthly basis, once all outstanding premiums have been paid. Receipts should be submitted to:

GloHealth, PO Box 12218, Dublin 18

When submitting receipts please ensure to include the following information:

  • Name
  • GloHealth Policy Number
  • Type of service provided
  • Name, address and qualification of practitioner
  • Date service was provided
  • Your original receipt (not a photocopy) indicating payment has been made

Please note we do not return receipts so please keep a copy for your own reference
