Setting Up Your Member Account

How to set up your member account:

When you purchase a GloHealth policy, you will receive an email confirming your purchase, inviting you to register to access our secure online Members Area.

You can register at using the following information

  • Your GloHealth policy number
  • Policyholder Date of Birth


After entering this information you will be asked to enter an email address and password that you can use to log in on your return visits

Once you complete registration, your Members Area will give you access to: 

  • Your policy information including your policy pack and table of benefits
  • Details of the dependents on your health insurance plan
  • Access to your Members Handbook, documents relating to your Personalised Packages and our Terms of Business 
  • Your Renewal Documents
