Renewing My Plan

How to renew my plan: 

You will receive your renewal invite via email or post (depending on your preference for receipt of documents which is selected upon joining GloHealth) one month before your policy is due to renew. If you wish to make any changes to your policy we recommend that you contact us during this period to discuss these changes. 

For policy’s paid by direct debit, if you do not contact us during this time and do not wish to make any changes, we will simply renew you onto the same plan as you are currently on for the next year.

For policy’s paid by credit card, we will need to contact you to confirm your renewal and process your annual payment.
